# Share publication by email

From our dashboard, it is possible to share your publication by email. Although it does not function to send it as a newsletter to multiple users, it allows you to send your publication to a single email address.

First, click on the publication that you want to send via email from the **Projects tab**. Click the edit button on the project that you would like to share by email and open the **Project Page Overview**. On the left-hand side of the overview, click on **Share project**. This will pop up a window with multiple functions for sharing your publication and click **Send by e-mail**.

From this menu, you can fill in the required fields to send your e-mail. Fill in the **name** and **email address** of the person you are sending the publication.

Check if the **sender name** and **sender email address** are correct. Its defaults are the display name and email from your Maglr user account. 

**Subject email** would be the title you give the email, typically this is about the subject or category of the publication you are sending to the receiver. The **personal message** is the content of the email, usually a message to the receiver to ask for a review or to provide feedback.

You can tick the **Send a copy to myself** box to send a duplicate of the email to yourself. This way you can properly check if the email has been sent, but also to get a proper full preview of the publication yourself.

The two buttons **Preview email** and **Send**, allow you to preview and send the email to the recipient. When you click to preview a new window will appear displaying how the email will look like.
