To get to the Color Library/Swatches, you will start by mousing over the Options menu in the top right of the editor. This will then make more options appear below. You will then want to select Color Swatches, this will then open a popup window. From this popup window, on the right side, you can create a new color by clicking and dragging your mouse across the color spectrum along with dragging the bars underneath for different colors and opacity. You can also import a color if you know the specific color RGBA number values or the Hex value of that color, doing so will then display that color on the screen. You can then add a new color by simply clicking the Add button in the bottom right, this then adds that color to the list of other colors to the left side of this window, for later use. You can also delete colors by mousing over a color on the left of the window and clicking the white trash can button to the top right of the color, this then removes the color from the library. Using this tool is useful for when you want to prepare several colors that you want to keep consistent throughout the making/editing of a publication, instead of guessing the color each time you can use the color swatches to get the color right each time.
