We have a couple of different interfaces to choose from. Below we will show and explain the differences.
Please note that the last three interfaces require a Template or Pro license.
Also, note the interface you select will appear for all users viewing the publication.
How to Find the Interface Types
To find the different interface types, while on the dashboard, go to the Settings tab located at the top of the dashboard.
Once here, click on the Magazine section on the left side of the dashboard, then under that click on Interface Options. From here you can change all the settings that are related to when a user is viewing the publication.
Once here, you will see a drop-down menu titled Interface type. Click this drop down and you will see the different interface layouts available to you. Once you have selected your preferred layout, please make sure you click the green Save Changes button just above the options.
This setting will then be set for everyone that is viewing the publication.
The Different Interface Types
The Basic interface is a simple interface with a bottom bar and a separate overview page.
Left bar interface
The Left bar interface is a modern interface with navigation on the left side, it also has a separate overview page.
Top bar interface
The Top bar interface is suitable for large one-time publications where you want to see your progress. This interface doesn't have an overview page.
Bottom bar interface
This interface is more advanced bottom bar interface. This also has navigational buttons on both sides for faster navigation and an overview page.
This interface sits on top of your publication. Because of this, it can't be used with every Maglr template. The interface has some extra options in its menu, an edition overview for instance.
