Setting up a domain

Domain names are used to publish your projects to, in order to be able to view them online. You can add multiple domain names and set up each of them to display specific projects. Publications on this domain are accessible via a registered component of the URL. For example:

https://publications.maglr.com/projectname/pagename

In the example above, 'publications' is called a subdomain where 'maglr.com' is the domain name. For every account in Maglr, you can create your own (sub)domain where your publications will be uploaded to. You can choose a standard Maglr domain or connect your own domain. Click here for more information about connecting your own domain.

You can set up domain names by going to the similarly named tab under settings in the dashboard. Here you will find all possible options for creating and setting up domains.

Note: within each navigation environment, you are allowed to create or connect up to 5 different domains. Please contact us if you need more domains to use.
