We implemented some effects that can be handy when designing a page in our editor when mousing over certain elements. These effects can be used by adding them and then configuring them.
While in the pro editor, select the object you would like to add effects to by simply clicking the object. Then on the right side of the editor, you need to go to the Object and then Effects tab.
From here you can then click the drop-down menu and select the effect you would like to add. You can add multiple effects by simply selecting the ones you want from the drop down, they will then be automatically added below.
You can then change the settings of the effect by clicking the Wrench icon, this will then open a small window on top of the effects with some values which are free for you to change.
You can also change the MS setting to change how fast the effect shows when mousing over.
You will get a live preview of the effect from the publication area.
This function will add a set of effects to the selected object, so when you mouse over this object the set effects will then activate and show in the publication.
Shadow: Adds a drop shadow behind the chosen object, you can then edit the shadows intensity, positioning, color and blur settings.
Text Shadow: This is similar to shadows, but will only affect the text shadows, not objects such as shapes.
Black and White: This will change the colors of the objects to Black and White(Grayscale). You can edit how intense this effect is from the settings tab.
Blur: This will add a blur to the object, making it less sharp. You can adjust how much blue the object will have through the settings tab.
Background Color: This will change the objects background color to the chosen color in the settings.
Text Color: This will change the text color on an object, such as a button or just text blocks.
Grow: This will scale the object larger depending on the setting.
Move: This will move the object a certain distance from the edges of the publication.
Rotate: This will rotate a certain degree set and based on the anchor point chosen.
Border: This will add a border to the object with a color and width in pixels.
Transparency: This will make the object more see-through depending on the setting.
Attention Seeker: This will make the object person a specific animation from the chosen drop-down menu lists, such as shake or pulse.
Manual: This adds multiple settings into one, such as position, size, color etc to a single object depending on the settings. Combination of Speed, position, size, rotation, transparency, text and background color.
You can add multiple hover effects on top of each other. In manual mode, you have more custom options to create more specific hover transformations.
