This Article is another great way to share your publications, Some information may be similar to or the same as the previous article, check: Share on Social Media
This article uses MailChimp as an example platform for us to explain and demonstrate how to share your publication across newsletters. MailChimp allows the user to create a system such as subscriptions, which then allows the user to mail out information or a product in a mass amount of emails to the users who are subscribed to their newsletter. (Ex. I subscribe to Youtube's Newsletter, inputting my name and email address, every week youtube would then send me a newsletter regarding new updates or features they have implemented. It can also be used for products or services.)
Publishing Publication - Viewing Links
Starting from the Publication tab on the Maglr dashboard, click Edit on a publication you want to share. Clicking edit brings up a page of the publications settings.
Next, you will need to Publish the publication you would like to share, doing this pushes the publication to a domain name you have set up for it. A window shall appear, with the single setting, called Activate your Publication with an Set Active toggle.
Ensure that you toggle on the Set Active field. Once you have done this, make sure to click the green Publish Changes button in the bottom right of the popup. Doing this will then push the publication to the domain URL that has been set, this URL will allow the user to share the publication freely.
Now, you will notice the information on the left, under the publication thumbnail, will have been updated and changed, this means your publication has been published and is now active. Click the Link to Publication link under this information. This will bring up a popup of various ways to share your publication.

An Overview Link which generates a link, that when visited will give you a brief overview and information about the publication, which has been filled out by the user. There is also a Temporary Preview Link which allows the user to share the publication temporarily while the publication is Inactive, to show this go back and make your publication Inactive through the Publication Settings link. Revisit the Link to Publication and it will then show a generated temporary preview link.
You can still update the specific publication while it is active, simply ensure that you Save the changes made and then hit the publish button again, it will then publish and push these changes to the domain.
With these links, you can then use a platform like MailChimp to mass send a newsletter to subscribers of your publications and updates for when you make them.
