Adding a new user profile
Edit existing user
To edit an existing user, click the edit button (pencil icon) located right next to the user you want to change its settings from the User menu in the dashboard. If you want to delete an existing user, click the delete button (bin icon).
As a super admin, you can enforce Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) or Single Sign-on (SSO) for each seperate user, via their user settings. This will force them to enable an additional layer of security for their Maglr accounts.
- Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
This requires you to use an additional layer of verification (phone) before you're able to log in, providing an additional layer of security. Click here to see how you can set up 2FA for your Maglr account.
- Single Sign-On (SSO, Enterprise only)

Connect with teams (Enterprise)
In Enterprise environments, a user can be assigned to different teams. It's possible to assign different roles to a user per team they are connected to. For example, a user can be assigned the 'Designer' role in Team NL, while the same user would be an 'Editor' in Team UK.
