When you have a Sales team that is using the Presenter Apps to show a presentation to clients, there could be a need to send some information afterwards. With the additional Personalise module it is possible to send presentations and be personalised by adding or altering pages to these projects.
For this specific use, we created the Personalise module. Without having to open and edit in our editors, Sales employees are able to create custom presentations and send them directly through a link or automated e-mail. When the client opens the presentation, a notification is sent to the sales employee and gets detailed insights into the clients' reading behaviour.
With this simple module, Sales is able to:
- Quickly choose a presentation to send, that has been preset by the marketing department
- Select pages from the main presentation
- Personalise some preset fields in the presentation (using a small introduction, custom logo's or changes titles)
- Create a personal link and share this via a personalised e-mail (optional)
- Have an overview of the sent projects and get insights into the statistics in the dashboard
- Optionally connect with tools like Salesforce or Hubspot
