When you have a Sales team that is using the Presenter Apps to show a presentation to clients, there could be a need to send some information afterwards. With the additional Send & Personalise module it is possible to send presentations and be personalised by adding or altering pages to these projects.
Send & Personalise Module
For this specific use, we created the 'Send & Personalise' module. Without having to open and edit in our editors, Sales employees are able to create custom presentations and send them directly through a link or automated e-mail. When the client opens the presentation, a notification is sent to the sales employee and gets detailed insights into the clients' reading behaviour.
With this simple module, Sales is able to:
- Quickly choose a presentation to send, that has been preset by marketing
- Select pages from the main presentation
- Personalise some preset fields in the presentation (using a small introduction, custom logo's or changes titles)
- Create a personal link and share this via a personalised e-mail (optional)
- Have an overview of the sent projects and get insights into the statistics in the dashboard
- Optionally connect with tools like Salesforce or Hubspot
