It is possible to share your publication around by email. This function is more used as a one use email, to share with someone for one time so they can preview the publication, do not mistake this function for a newsletter, as that is not its purpose.
From the Dashboard, click the Publications link at the top of the dashboard, this will load all the publications that have been created.
Click the edit button on the publication you would like to share by email, this will load up the publications various settings that you can edit.
From the publication edit screen, click the Share Publication link on the left of the dashboard. This will load a window with multiple functions for sharing your publication.
From the share publication window, click the Send by Email link on the left of the window. This will open the needed fields to be filled for you to send your publication via email to an email address. Name Receiver is the name of the person you are going to be sending the publication email to, along with the email receiver, which is the person's email you wish to send to. Sender name and email sender would be your name and email address you are sending this email from, it defaults to your account display name and email. Subject email would be the title you give the email, typically the subject or category you are sending to the receiver. The personal message is the text contents of the email, usually a message to the receiver of what the email consists of. You can tick the Send a copy to myself box, this will then send a duplicate of the email to yourself when you hit send, this is good for self-assurance that the email sent, but also to get a proper full preview for yourself. The two buttons Preview email and Send, allow you to preview and properly send the email to the email inputted when you click preview a window will appear displaying how the email will look when the targetted email open it. The send button will then send all this information as an email to the email inputted.
