General settings
In order to properly configure your Maglr environment, there are some general settings to go through. This involves project rights & security, available languages and the ability to show or hide default Maglr templates.
To configure these settings, go to the General settings tab via Settings in the navigation bar at the top of the Maglr dashboard.
This allows you to determine which projects the users in the environment will be able to see and edit when there aren't placed in a category. Users can either see and edit all project, or they can only see and edit the projects they created themselves.

Here you can select the languages in which your projects will be published. For example, if you want to create publications that need to be available in both English and French, you need to enable and tick the 'English' and 'French' boxes.
Here you can enable security for all newly created projects. This will automatically apply a 'login url' security type, creating secure links through which the publication can be accessed.

As an admin, you can force all users in your Maglr environment to sign in using Single Sign-on (SSO) or Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). This will force them to enable an additional layer of security for their Maglr accounts.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): this requires you to use an additional layer of verification (phone) before you're able to log in, providing an additional layer of security. Click here to see how you can set up 2FA for your Maglr account.
Single Sign-On (SSO, Enterprise only): this requires you to log in with your existing business Microsoft/Google account. Click here to see how you can set up SSO as a Maglr user.
