To further secure your Maglr environment as an administrator, it's possible to force the users in your environment to enable an additional layer of security when logging in to the platform. This can either be forced upon all users simultaneously, or enabled per user separately.
Securing your Maglr environment
There are two available layers of security to enable in Maglr. It's not possible to have both of these options enabled at the same time:
- Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
This forces you to use an additional layer of verification (phone) before you're able to log in, providing an additional layer of security. Click here to see how you can set up 2FA for your Maglr account.
- Single Sign-On (SSO, Enterprise only)
This requires you to log in with your existing Microsoft/Google accounts. Click here to see how you can set up SSO as a Maglr user.
Enable SSO/2FA for all users in your environment
As an admin, you can force all users in your Maglr environment to enable SSO or 2FA. This can be done via the general settings in the dashboard. Click here to see how you can enable SSO or 2FA for all users in your environment.
Enable SSO/2FA for a separate user
It's also possible to enable SSO or 2FA for each user specifically. This can be done via the user settings in the dashboard. Click here to see how you can enable SSO or 2FA for a single user in your environment.
