Adding personalisable content in Pro pages

While editing in Pro pages, you can add images or texts that can be replaced in the Personalise feature. This feature is only available by upgrading your licence with the Personalise Module. Please contact us if you want to use this feature.

Texts

Right-click on a text element and choose personalise element to make it customisable. A pop-up will open where you can name the 'replaceable' and have the choice to replace the entire text or only a specific part of the text. If you want to replace only a part of the text, you should use brackets with a variable text between them like [firstname] or [lastname]. These are just examples, this can be any variable you can think of.

You can also choose to use a default text for when the personalisation is not filled in. Or for instance when the customisable page is also published in a general magazine. Another option is to don't show the text or replaceable part when nothing is filled in to replace it.

Default variables

When using the personalised mailing module (inside the dashboard), some information about the dashboard users, or the person who is going to receive the project, is already known. You can use the following tags which will auto-fill the related content. These variables will not work when using the URL parameters to personalise information.

[FIRSTNAME] -> Receiver firstname
[LASTNAME] -> Receiver lastname
[EMAIL] -> Receiver e-mail
[SENDER_NAME]
[SENDER_EMAIL]

Images

You can also right-click on an image and choose edit replaceable options to make it customisable. That way you will be able to change an image depending on the receiver of your publication. Here you have the option to show the default image or delete the image if it's not replaced.

To delete the personalisation options. You can delete the item inside the replaceable options popup. This popup can be accessed at all times via items on the bottom left panel in the Pro Editor.
