Terminating Maglr subscription & data
When terminating your Maglr subscription, your content is still available on the Maglr servers. Maglr is the owner of the software, but all content (text, photography and videos in the library) is the property of the account user.
If you want to terminate your subscription with Maglr, this can be done through the subscription type settings in the dashboard.
When your subscription has been cancelled, Maglr will:
Deactivate the account, but keep all content on the servers for six months (in case you still need some assets afterwards);
Delete all uploaded and published content from the servers;
Enable an option to download a back-up of your projects and published publications to host on your own servers. This option is only available with an annual license or if you have had an active license for one year.
When a license or trial period ends, all published projects are deactivated. This means that your publications can no longer be viewed online. All data in the account will be saved for a period of one year, in case you want to (re)activate the license. Upon reactivation, all projects will be activated and are accessible again.
For annual licenses, we offer the option to download the project in a static ZIP-format. This ZIP-file will provide the option to save and host the project's data on your local server. Click here for more information on how to download a project.
Note: if you have any questions regarding your subscription that you can't find on our Help website, please contact us via support@maglr.com.
