Send a Personalised Publication in 7 steps
If you have a publication which is prepared for personalisation features, you will be able to change its texts and images with custom content. When your project is ready and you want to create an e-mail or link to the personalised publication, you can navigate to the Send tab in the dashboard. You will then see a Send project button you can click on to open the window you see below.
These are the steps that will help you fill in the information to personalise your publication and send it to the right people.
First, you have to choose whether you would like to send the publication via an e-mail in our dashboard, via your own mail client or simply retrieve a link that you can copy and share with your recipients. In the first step you can also change the sender information, which is copied from your user account.
In the second step you choose the publication you would like to send. In the next step, you can choose to remove certain pages from the project.
All pages from the chosen publication are selected. Deselect any pages you would like to remove by clicking the checkboxes. You will see the "Personalisable" tag next to the pages that have replaceable content in them.
Fill in the information of the recipient(s) of whom you would like to send the publication to. Enter their first and last name and email address in the corresponding fields.
Personalise the e-mail by adding a title and short descriptive text. You won't see this step if you've chosen to create a link in the first step.
During this step you can adjust all of the replaceable content to personalise it for the recipient. Fill in the right texts you want the receiver to see in their publication or replace the images within the customisable pages.
The last step is to choose if you would like to receive a copy in your e-mail or receive a notification when the publication is opened. You can also check the option to remember the filled-in content for next time you will send an e-mail. You can preview the e-mail with the 'Preview' button at the bottom of the screen. To send the e-mail you use the 'Send the e-mail' button.
Note: the Personalisation feature is not activated by default and only available with the additional Personalise module. Please contact us if you would like to use it.

2. Choose a project to send

3. Select the pages

4. Details recipient

6. Personalise pages

7. Check & Send
The last step is to choose if you would like to receive a copy in your e-mail or receive a notification when the publication is opened. To send the e-mail you use the 'Send the e-mail' button.
