Enable Single Sign-on for your account

Single Sign-on (SSO) is the perfect method for authentication, where your already existing login details can be used to log in to several different applications. This is especially useful in a corporate setting, allowing you to use your already existing Microsoft or Google account to log in to Maglr. SSO helps you and your organisation to centrally manage login credentials and enforce restrictions across multiple applications, like Two-Factor Authentication and password strength.

Note: Single Sign-on is only available with an Enterprise license.

When enforced by your Maglr admin

When SSO has been enforced by your Maglr admin, you'll be notified about this when logging in to Maglr. Depending on the type of corporate login, you'll be taken to either Google's or Microsoft's login environment. After verifying your identify via your corporate e-mail address, you'll be succesfully logged in to your Maglr account.

Enable SSO manually

When your organisation doesn't enfore SSO, you can enable it yourself as well. This can be done via your profile settings in Maglr, where you can choose to enable either 2FA or SSO. Click Enable to start setting up Single Sign-on for your personal Maglr account.

You will now be asked to connect Maglr with your Microsoft or Google account. Enter your organisation's login details and verify yourself using your already existing credentials. SSO will then be successfully enabled for your account. The existing password of your Maglr account will be removed, as it can't be used to login with anymore.

When logging in to Maglr next time, click either the 'Login with Google' or 'Login with Microsoft' options to successfully log in to Maglr using SSO. Logging in with an e-mail address and password will not work anymore.
