Styling the presenter Apps
Inside the dashboard settings you have the option to style all your different publication types from a single configuration. We call this configuration a 'navigation environment'. By default each configuration contains one navigation environment. Containing the specific domain names with filters, navigation types, colours and text settings. What is an environment?
All publication types connected to one of these domains inside the environment are using the specified colours and navigation. This also includes the Presenter apps.
The Presenter apps ure using a default interface (Presentation overview). You can also choose this interface for your online presentations, it's used by default for the Apps and cannot be changed. This interface consist of an overview where the users can select the specific presentation to download. And the viewer, where the presentation itself is presented with a default top menu.
The colours you already may have added for the online versions of your publication / presentation are linked to the iPad. By default your iPad would already look great in your own colours if you have added these colours.
In case you would like to make adjustments, the following options are editable for the Presenter Apps.
Logo's
Typography
Colors - Overview
Colors - Buttons
Colors - Sidemenu
Keep in mind this navigation environment could be used by multiple publication types. Colours you change are also changing in the online publication environment.
Note: it's not possible to choose a different overview, navigation menu or activate options for the side menu. These functions are disable for the Presenter Apps. Only available for the online versions.
When a organisation is using Maglr in combination with multiple labels, brands, departments or countries it could be a choice to add multiple environments. Here they have the option to personalise each environment based on the brands specific needs.
In case there are multiple environments activated the Presents Apps need to know which environment to load. The colours and logo's setup in an environment are used to style the App after a user logs in.
