• Getting started with the Presenter App

  The Maglr Presenter apps let you download your Maglr projects, such as interactive presentations, to a laptop, tablet or phone and present them without an internet connection. All app users present from the same source: when you publish an update to the app, the apps download the new version. You can also present from a secure online environment and share the project with your audience afterwFew readers

• Configuring app categories & access rights

  When you open the Presenter App an overview of active presentations will be shown. These projects are divided into multiple categories and are directed from the Maglr dashboard. These projects are created by one or multiple users. When logging into one of our apps, a connection is made to the platform requesting all available categories and projects for that specific user. • Adding users & login options

  In order to use the Maglr Presenter app, you need to be a valid Maglr user. The type of user depends on how your organisation is using the presentations. • Create personal presentations

  When creating a new user for the Presenter App, you can choose to create a simple profile (only granting access for downloading the apps and showing the default presentations served by Marketing) or let users also create their own presentations within the dashboard. When an admin has activated and given access to the limited edit options, thFew readers

• Grant users access to specific presentations

  When an admin is creating a category structure, it will determine which users have access to specific categories or projects shared by Marketing. In case users have the option to create personal presentations, they have the option to share these projects with other colleagues without the help of an admin. • iOS & Android app

  The Maglr Presenter app for iOS and Android downloads your projects to an iPhone, iPad, Android phone or Android tablet, so you can present them without an internet connection. For computers, there is also a desktop app for Windows and Mac. Requirements To use the Maglr Presenter app, you need: The Presenter module: the Presenter apps are part of the Presenter module. • Windows & Mac app

  To download your projects or presentations offline to your Windows or Mac system we have developed the Presenter offline desktop app (Additional license required, a tablet / mobile app is also available). With these apps, it's possible to download all available content to your harddisk and present it when you don't have an internet connection available. • Online presentation environment

  Next to the 'Presentations Apps' we also offer an online presentation environment. This is the same overview as presented in the app but available within the browser. Depending on the type of content, this overview can be shared publicly or with a security layer. • Styling the presenter Apps

  Inside the dashboard settings you have the option to style all your different publication types from a single configuration. We call this configuration a 'navigation environment'. By default each configuration contains one navigation environment. Containing the specific domain names with filters, navigation types, colours and text settings. What is an environment? • Disable default menubar navigation

  By default the iPad & Android app are using a standard menu. • Offline video in App

  What works offline in the Maglr Presenter apps The Maglr Presenter apps download the projects you publish to the app onto the device, so you can show them without an internet connection. This applies to both the Maglr desktop app (Windows and macOS) and the Tablet & mobile app (iOS and Android). Images, downloadable files and video files you upload to Maglr are included in the download and work offline without any extra steps. Push notifications & statistics

• Basic app statistics

  To get a better insight on how the Apps are being used we offer a basic statistics overview. This overview is not as extensive in comparison with the online statistics of publications but will give you a good idea how they're used across your organisation. • Send push notifications

  Keep your team up-to-date by sending push notifications from the dashboard. This function is available for the iOs and Android apps where users need to consent for these messages when they first install the app. When users consent with this option after installation, the number of connected apps are shown in the notification module. This is located in the dashboard Send -> Notification and is by default made available for admins, additional rights are required for regular users. CFew readers

Share presentations

• Combine apps with Personalise module

  When you have a Sales team that is using the Presenter Apps to show a presentation to clients, there could be a need to send some information afterwards.
